Being exclusively in the emerald business for 20 years, having achieved
the competence necessary to get the material we want, we travel directly to
Colombia twice a year. In addition, our direct contacts with miners and 1st hand dealers in
Zambia allow us to import great quality stones at unbeatable prices. We also display
and describe our products with utmost fairness and honesty.

In each page, you will find many emeralds for sale.
Below each one, an "order now" button is provided, for easy credit card purchase. By clicking on that button, you will be transferred
to our 100% secure SSL, encrypted, order form. Note that we use the highest level of security available while you are on our secure
order form, and the lock icon on the web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as
an indication of secure and protected environment. In
addition, the information that you submit are encrypted to achieve inexpugnable
security!
We accept major credit cards (Discover, Visa,
MasterCard,
American Express), personal checks, money orders or bank drafts. If you want to pay by personal check, your order will be shipped out after the check
clears the bank (5 or more working days).
After the purchase, you will be notified of shipping status, usually within 24
hours.
For international orders with no credit card, an
electronic wire transfer is the optimal method. Just
e-mail
us if you want this option.

Important:
If for some reasons, you wish to make a return, you can send back
within
5 business days after the item(s) has reached you.
You will receive
100% refund less shipping charges,
no questions asked. Items that are
not in their original conditions, altered, damaged or switched will not be
refunded.
Important: All
returns must be notified to us by phone or
e-mail
prior sending back. We will
provide you with a return #. This will help us to make the particular item(s) available to other customers.
If returns do not honor the 5 days, inspection period,
the sale is considered final. If you need a couple of days
more to decide, that is fine, but please let us know.
For
international returns on loose gems paid
through wire transfer, we reserve the right to refund your money minus SH
charges and the cost of $80 to wire back the refund.
For international returns on loose gems paid through credit card, we reserve the
right to charge 10% for restocking and credit card fees.
Important:
emeralds that were ordered to be set in
pendants /rings as per a customer's choice, are not refundable-returnable at any
time! In other words, we usually ship out the loose stones for approval. If somebody wish
to have an emerald set, either ring or pendant, without
seeing it in real life, once the work is done and shipped, the item is not
returnable/refundable at any time.
Important: We carry a large inventory that changes continuously.
If you see an emerald in our online catalog that appeals to you, you
are welcome anytime to purchase it. In some cases, that same item can be on hold or sold,
without any indication. No charge whatsoever will be made in that instance. You
will receive an email stating the status of that particular item and we will promptly advise you for
alternatives.
Privacy: We feel that people information are strictly private, and we
as a business, take every precaution to protect our users' information and privacy.
Both email addresses and customers information are protected both online and off-line at all times.
